WAMO Capital, a Denver-based organization, focuses on commercial real estate investment opportunities through a variety of debt, equity and partnership strategies.
Our approach & investment strategy enables us to capitalize on a variety of opportunities in our target market segment. We seek investments where we can realize returns by adding value or repositioning an asset. We act where there is a short term dislocation in asset pricing due to market inefficiencies or cycles. Our target segment of $2-25 Million is often overlooked by large institutional investors, and generally too large or concentrates too much capital for individual investors.
